Spread across an anticipated 2.8 Acres, this substantial development covers a construction area of around 1.36 Million-SqFt. With an estimated construction cost of 612 INR-Crore, the project includes four basement levels, a ground floor, and sixteen additional floors above. It will comprise open-plan office spaces with a central service core, maximizing views and flexible layouts.
The ground floor features a social lobby, retail and F&B spaces, a social plaza, and an elegant arrival drop-off. Additionally, two lobbies, one 9 M high and another 6 M high enhance accessibility and visual appeal. The podium also features amenities like a spacious dining area for 600 people, a café, a restaurant, a small auditorium, a multipurpose room, and a seminar room, with an open gym and green terrace for recreation.
DP Architecture & Urban Planning serves as the design architect for this project. As of November 2024, the foundation work is in progress.
