NBCC (India) Ltd signed a memorandum of understanding on Wednesday, November 27, for a major project with the Housing and Urban Development Corp (HUDCO). The MoU entails developing an institutional plot in Noida’s Sector-62. The project’s estimated cost is 600 INR-Crore and will include world-class facilities.
HUDCO plans to construct an 8.71 Lakh-SqFt institutional complex featuring office spaces, studio apartments, conference areas, retail outlets, and shared amenities. NBCC, as the project management consultant, will oversee every stage of execution, from concept to commissioning, ensuring seamless delivery. Additionally, The complex will span an anticipated 10 Acres of land parcel.

Furthermore, NBCC secured a 316 INR-Crore contract to upgrade primary school hostels across Odisha under the state sector scheme. This project by NBCC will enhance educational infrastructure at various locations, reflecting the company’s diverse expertise.
