NMC to Build Twin-Tower Commercial Complex in Khamla, Nagpur

The Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) is set to build a grand twin-tower complex in Khamla on Orange City Street. The project, approved by the Airport Authority of India, will stand at an impressive height of 43.97 M. The total cost is estimated at 339.58 INR-Crore.

The upcoming project will feature two towers, each rising 10 floors high with two basements, exclusively for commercial purposes. The spaces will include shops, offices, a multiplex, schools, and hospitals, catering to diverse needs. Additionally, NMC has invited private developers to bid for the 235 INR-Crore construction contract. Developers will have 36 months to complete the structure and 48 months to finish the entire project.

The design ensures convenience and efficiency, offering parking for 715 cars and 1,200 bikes. Office spaces will dominate most floors, with retail shops adorning the ground level and large offices occupying the top floors. Furthermore, the twin-tower complex promises to energize Nagpur’s commercial growth.
