Nagpur’s old Santra Market will soon transform into a sleek 19-storey complex. Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation (MSIDC) has taken charge of rebuilding the market near Nagpur Railway Station.
Last year, MSIDC signed an agreement with Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) to modernize several markets, including Santra Market. This ambitious project, with an estimated cost of 288 INR-Crore, will give the area a contemporary and vibrant look. The new structure will span around 4.8 Lakh-SqFt, featuring three basements, a ground floor, and multiple upper floors.

The basic blueprint is now complete, yet the construction tender remains pending. Furthermore, this project will be developed under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model, Once completed, Santra Market will redefine shopping and commercial spaces, blending tradition with modernity.
