Thane Ring Metro Project: MahaMetro Finalises Tender For Designing 6 Stations

Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (MahaMetro) has awarded the tender for designing six stations under the grand 12,200 INR-Crore Thane Ring Metro project. Turbhe-based Assystem STUP secured the contract to design the stations at Waterfront, Waghbil, Vijay Nagari, Dongripada, Manpada, and Dr. Kashinath Ghanekar Auditorium.

Alongside finalizing these designs, MahaMetro has also issued tenders to appoint general consultants. The Thane Metro corridor will stretch approximately 29 Km, covering the western edges of Thane city. This ambitious route will include 22 stations, with two underground and 20 at grade level.
