The Uttar Pradesh Government will soon build a cutting-edge office complex for the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA). The site spans approximately 27,800 SqM on plot number F-4 in Sector-18, Gautam Buddha Nagar, just 110 M from the Yamuna Expressway. The total built-up area will be around 45,528.18 SqM.
Officials will also develop non-residential infrastructure, including service roads, secure boundary walls, and dedicated entry and exit gates. The campus will host up to 800 people and feature a work-friendly design and a future-ready infrastructure that supports productivity and ease. Furthermore, the YEIDA office complex will offer a wide array of amenities such as a gym, bank, crèche, library, and EV charging stations. Authorities will install a solar power plant and allocate generous parking spaces.

In addition, the campus will achieve a prestigious GRIHA 5-star rating for green buildings. To ensure safety and speed, it will feature 24/7 CCTV coverage and high-speed elevators. Moreover, a grand entry lobby will serve as the heart of the YEIDA office complex, welcoming visitors into an elegant and thoughtfully designed space. Landscaped plazas and open zones will encourage social interaction and a sense of community. Lastly, multiple parking areas, including staff and VIP zones, will provide easy access.
