MPIDC attracts 2,963 INR-Crore investments in Ujjain District

Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC) has secured an estimated investment of 2,963 INR-Crore from four major companies in the Ujjain district. These projects, spanning food processing and textiles, are set to create around 13,150 jobs and drive infrastructure development.

Amitex Agro Product Pvt Ltd plans to invest an estimated 200 INR-Crore in a food processing unit at Lalukhedi, Agar Malwa. This project will create 800 jobs. Additionally, Sanket Oils Pvt Ltd will allocate around 75 INR-Crore for a food oil processing facility in Mandsaur, generating 650 jobs. Meanwhile, Safal Food Pvt Ltd aims to establish a pulses mill in Mandsaur with an estimated investment of 138 INR-Crore, offering 800 job opportunities.

Furthermore, Jain Cord Industries Pvt Ltd leads with a substantial 2,500 INR-Crore investment in textile and apparel manufacturing at Basai, Mandsaur. This ambitious project is expected to create 11,000 jobs, significantly boosting local employment. These investments mark a significant milestone for the industrial landscape in Ujjain, driving economic growth and enhancing regional connectivity.
