Della Resorts and Adventure has partnered with Hiranandani Developers and Krisala Developers to develop a 40 Acre racecourse-themed township in Pune. This project, with a revenue potential of around 1,100 INR-Crore, forms part of a larger 105 Acres joint development initiative valued at 7,000 INR-Crore.
The upcoming township in Pune is in advanced planning stages. Land acquisition is complete, and design finalization is underway. The initial phase, covering 40 Acres, will require an estimated investment of 500 INR-Crore. The first phase will launch in three months, with possession for resort and villa plots expected early next year and private residences by 2026. Additionally, the Pune township will feature an anticipated 8 Acres racecourse and international polo club, 128 private villa plots, 112 resort private residences, and a 300-key five-star luxury resort.

Furthermore, the project includes nine wedding destination venues, 12 corporate venues, an adventure park, Della Golf, and wellness facilities. These amenities position the township as a premium lifestyle destination. The township aligns with the growing demand for integrated, luxury developments in Pune.
