Power Mech secures 972 INR-Crore contract for Residential Township in Telangana

Power Mech Projects Ltd has clinched an estimated 971.98 INR-Crore contract from Telangana Power Generation Corporation (TGGENCO) to construct a residential township at Yadadri Thermal Power Station in Veerlapalem, Nalgonda district, Telangana.

The residential township will feature a mix of independent and multistorey quarters. It also boasts essential amenities such as a hospital, school, clubhouse, commercial complexes, indoor stadium, & sports facilities. Additionally, the scope includes critical infrastructure such as site levelling, roads, drainage systems, potable water tanks, overhead reservoirs, sewage treatment, rainwater harvesting, and a bridge over Tungapadu Vagu. Furthermore, the project encompasses a sub-station, street lighting, and internal compound walls, ensuring a self-sufficient community.

The contract mandates completion within 30 months from the site handover date. This residential township project marks a significant milestone for Power Mech, reinforcing its role in delivering integrated infrastructure solutions.
