The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced two transformative infrastructure projects worth an estimated 3,300 INR-Crore. These developments aim to elevate Lucknow’s urban landscape.
The two projects are: River View Apartments and a hotel-cum-commercial complex at 1090 Crossing. The River View Apartments, a group housing project, will span around 51 Acres in Maleshemau village, Gomtinagar Extension. With an estimated investment of 2,500 INR-Crore, it will feature 1BHK to 4BHK flats, penthouses, and EWS/LIG units. Residents will enjoy amenities like swimming pools, gyms, and yoga centers. All units will offer Gomti River views. The project, divided into three clusters with a floor area ratio of 5, will include high-rise towers.

Meanwhile, the second project, estimated at 800 INR-Crore, will be developed into a hotel, commercial complex, and office spaces under a Public-Private Partnership model. The project will span an anticipated 5.5 Acres plot and the completed spaces will be leased for 90 years, boosting tourism and employment.
