Adani Enterprises Ltd has proposed to set up the Adani Integrated Data Centre Park and an IT Business Park. Data Centre Parks offer excellent operational efficiencies, abundant and clean energy sources, and state-of-the-art security provisions.
In Madhurawada Village of Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh, the proposed project will house a 200 MW Data Centre Park, an IT Business Park, a Skills University, and a Recreation Centre. The project, designed with high-end amenities, will empower the information and technology sector along with the education, entertainment, and recreation sectors of Andhra Pradesh.
Adani Integrated Data Centre Park
The project is currently at the design stage and is at a latitude of 17° 47′ 39.93” N and a longitude of 83° 22′ 0.552” E.
The project proposal states that the construction will spread across a land parcel of 130 acres. The proposal allocates 82 acres for the Data Centre, 28 acres for the Business Park, 11 acres for the Skills University, and 9 acres for the Recreational Park.
With an estimated project cost of INR 2,000 crores and an estimated time span of 7 years, construction will begin in 2023 and end in 2030.
