Adani Group, the operator of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport (SVPI), Ahmedabad, is set to build two premium hotels on the airport campus with an estimated investment of INR 1,500 Crore. The ports-to-power conglomerate intends to foray into hospitality real estate through these projects.
The upcoming hotels will be developed near the international terminal of SVPI Airport as part of the airport’s development plan. These premium hotels will have 300 luxury guest rooms and five-star amenities each. They are anticipated to be operational within five years.
