Real estate developer Aparna Constructions and Estates has announced the launch of its luxury residential project, Aparna Greenscapes, in Kompally, Hyderabad. It will be a gated community project sprawling across 13 acres and will have 768 premium 3, 4, and 5 BHK apartments.
The anticipated deadline for this project is four years and will see an estimated investment of 1,400 INR-Crore. The proposed project will have multi-purpose halls, a temperature-controlled swimming pool, a gym, a yoga deck, guest rooms, a spa, a mini-theatre, a café and library, a crèche along with other facilities.
