Realty developer Ashiana Housing Ltd is set to launch its new luxury residential project named ONE44 in Jaipur over an anticipated 3.5 Acres of land parcel. The official launch of the development is scheduled for February 18, 2024.
The upcoming project will feature 144 residences (average size approximately 2700 SqFt) and will be developed in a phased manner. Phase I and IA are expected to be completed by December 2028, followed by subsequent phases. ONE44 will also offer multiple modern premium amenities such as a G+2 storey clubhouse, a central garden, boxed cricket, a double-height indoor badminton court, a pool-facing cafe, a gym, lawn tennis court, and a drop-off for all the towers and clubhouse, among others.
