ASK Property Fund invests INR 190 Crore in Kalpataru project

ASK Property Fund, the real estate private equity arm of the ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group, has recently invested around INR 190 Crore in a housing project by Kalpataru Group.  

This upper mid-segment project in Borivali West includes 310 units and spans approximately 6 Acres. With a development potential of about 6.5 lakh-SqFt, it promises an estimated revenue of over INR 1,200 Crore. Conveniently located, the project offers excellent access to road, rail, and metro networks. Additionally, the catchment area boasts a well-developed social infrastructure, attracting buyers to Mumbai’s western suburbs.

The project entails redeveloping two large housing societies, Yoganand and Jay Kamakshi Society in Borivali. The current residents of these societies will benefit from a total redeveloped RERA carpet area of 2.95 Lakh-SqFt. This marks ASK Property Fund’s second collaboration with Kalpataru Group.
