Aster DM Healthcare has committed an estimated 480 INR-Crore to establish its fourth multispecialty hospital in Bengaluru’s Sarjapur area. The 430-bed facility, secured through a lease agreement, marks a significant expansion for the healthcare provider.
Construction is set to proceed in phases, with 300 beds operational by the second half of FY27 and the remaining 130 beds by FY29. Sarjapur is rapidly transforming into a key IT hub, driven by robust infrastructure growth. The Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) plans a 1,050 Acres state-of-the-art IT hub, boosting the region’s appeal. Additionally, approved residential and commercial projects are fueling development. Sarjapur’s strategic location near Whitefield, Outer Ring Road, and Marathahalli enhances its connectivity.
