Prestige Group is developing its biggest beachfront residential project, named ‘Prestige Ocean Pearl’, on Beach Road in Kozhikode, Kerala, in a joint venture with Westin developers. The carefully crafted luxury development will sprawl across 6.57 Acres of land parcel with an estimated construction cost of INR 497 Crore.
The residential project will have a construction area of nearly 1,530,100 SqFt and feature 530 premium 3 & 4 BHK apartments (carpet area ~1750-2850 SqFt). Richly landscaped frontage, undisrupted sea views, and smart elevations ensuring maximum privacy- are the key highlights of this project. The upcoming venture will highlight multiple leisure amenities such as a multipurpose hall, clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, indoor games zone, music room, library, AV room, etc.
Zachariah Consultants is the design architect whereas Geo Structurals Private Limited is appointed as the structural engineering consultant for this project. MAPLE Engg-Design Services is the MEP consultant.
