Baashyaam Developers Pvt Ltd has taken over the former ‘Crowne Plaza’ site, clearing the way for a stunning high-rise development. Baashyaam acquired the property for around 700 INR-Crore and is set to invest an estimated 420 INR-Crore in construction. Spread over an anticipated 17,835 SqM plot area, the project will boast a built-up area of around 1,59,392.85 SqM. Moreover, the top floor will feature two expansive penthouses, each spanning approximately 20,000 SqFt. The residential units are expected to sell at over 35,000 INR-Crore per SqFt.
