Bengaluru Airport City Limited (BACL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL), has revealed investment plans for a commercial real estate development near Kempegowda International Airport (KIA).
BACL will invest in a 2 Mn-SqFt business park and a 775-room hotel near Kempegowda International Airport (KIA). The biophilic-inspired business park aims to offer smart workspaces that seamlessly blend work and play. Meanwhile, the hotel is set to be completed by the end of 2026. Additionally, the project features an Urban Forest, creating a lush oasis within the development.

The metro station in Airport City will provide connectivity to and from the business park, further enhancing the area’s accessibility. BACL envisions transforming Airport City into a bustling hub for businesses, knowledge-intensive zones, R&D centers, and Global Capability Centers.
