Brigade Group has formed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with Krishna Priya Estates and Micro Labs to develop a residential housing project in Yelahanka, Bengaluru. The project will sprawl across approximately 14 acres of land parcel with a construction area of nearly 2 Million-SqFt.
The proposed project will focus on customer preferences for quality and sustainability and will be characterized by robust infrastructure and seamless connectivity. The project is envisaged to generate an estimated GDV (Gross Development Value) of 2,100 INR-Crore post-completion.

During the second quarter of FY24, Brigade Group added approximately 42 acres of land across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai, with a development potential of 7 Million-SqFt and a gross estimated cost of 7,700 INR-Crore.
In the next four quarters, the company expects to launch projects covering nearly 13 Million-SqFt. Out of this, 11 Million-SqFt will be for residential projects with a cumulative estimated cost of 11,000 INR-crore.
