The Bangalore-based real estate developer, Brigade Group, on Wednesday, December 06, announced it will be developing an office complex in Bangalore worth an estimated construction cost of 500 INR Crore. The real estate firm has formed a JDA (Joint Development Agreement) for the same.
The proposed project envisages the development of a Premium ‘Grade A’ office complex on Sankey Road in the Central Business District of Bangalore covering approximately 0.20 Mn SqFt.

Nirupa Shankar, Joint MD at Brigade Enterprises, mentioned that the proposed development aligns with the company’s commitment to expanding its commercial portfolio. Brigade Group has completed over 80 Mn SqFt area across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi, Mysuru, GIFT City-Gujarat, and Thiruvananthapuram.
