Capacit’e Infraprojects bags projects worth INR 549 Crore from Macrotech Developers and Raymond

Capacit’e Infraprojects Ltd, announced on Thursday, April 18, that it has bagged two orders for developing residential projects in MMR (Mumbai Metropolitan Region). The company has received the contract from Macrotech Developers (Lodha Group) and Raymond Realty Ltd worth a total estimated cost of INR 549 Crore.

Capacit’e has received an order for a luxury residential project from the Lodha Group worth an estimated INR 256 Crore. This project will be developed in Mumbai’s Worli. Moreover, the company will be improving Raymond Realty’s existing residential development and adding a new building in Thane at an estimated INR 293 Crore.

The developer aims to deliver these projects within the stipulated timelines and to client satisfaction. It plans to add quality orders from existing and new clients, in the public as well as private sectors.
