Ceigall India Ltd’s subsidiary, Ludhiana Bathinda Greenfield Highway Pvt Ltd, has signed a concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The ambitious project, valued at an estimated 981 INR-Crore, is slated for completion and operation within 24 months.
This project involves the development of a 6-lane, access-controlled Ludhiana-Bathinda Greenfield Highway. The stretch will run from the junction with Moga-Barnala Road (NH-703) near Tallewal village to the Delhi-Katra Expressway (NE-5) near Ludhiana at Village Ballowal. Covering approximately 45 Km, this highway forms a critical part of the Ludhiana-Ajmer Economic Corridor. It will be executed under Bharatmala Pariyojna Phase-I (Package-2) using the Hybrid Annuity Model.
