CIDCO (City and Industrial Development Corporation) will develop Maharashtra’s Unity Mall at Ulwe. The Unity Mall is envisioned by the Central government as a unique marketplace for showcasing indigenously made products and artifacts ensuring better marketability.
The project will develop over approximately 5,200 SqM plot area at an estimated cost of 195 INR-Crore in Sector 12, Ulwe. During the meeting held by the Urban Development Department (UDD) in July, a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the Unity Mall was submitted.

The scope of work involves the construction of a ground floor + 6-storey structure with two-level basement parking (over 80,000 SqFt area), dedicated spaces for skilled development and training, reserved space for digital and book library focused on arts and crafts in India
It will also include shops, large designated areas for exhibitions, recreational spaces, a creche (addressing women empowerment), offices, a children’s play area, an open-air amphitheatre, a mini theatre, and a food court (including an eating area, seating area, and a 70,000 SqFt multipurpose hall).
