CRC Group, the Noida-based real estate developer, is planning to develop three residential and commercial projects within this financial year. The expected revenue potential for these projects is 3500 INR-Crore.
CRC Group has acquired a land parcel of 11 Acres in Sector 140 A, Noida, for the construction of a mixed-use office project named “The Flagship”. It will be developed as a Grade-A IT/ ITeS commercial project. The group will invest 138 INR-Crore on this project, with an additional 650 INR-Crore on construction.
The construction area for the project is 24 Lakh SqFt with 12 Lakh SqFt dedicated for office spaces and 4 Lakh SqFt for retail spaces. The project will also include 102 serviced apartments and a high-street retail market area. The expected revenue potential of this project is 1200 INR-Crore.

Along with this, CRC Group has also planned to undertake two luxury housing projects with a combined revenue potential of approximately 2300 INR-Crore.
The real estate developer is currently working on a Joint Venture with Jaypee Group to develop an upscale luxury residential complex. It is located in Jaypee Wishtown, Sector 128 of Noida. The construction area of this project is 72 Lakh SqFt while the anticipated revenue is 1500 INR-Crore.
CRC is also planning to launch phase II of its existing housing project – CRC Sublimis. It is located in Sector 1 of Greater Noida West and will be another luxury housing project by the group. The revenue potential for this project is 800 INR-Crore.
