CtrlS Datacenters, a leading homegrown data center company, has announced plans to establish a massive new data center near Hyderabad. The facility will spread across an anticipated 40 Acres at the Chandanvelly Industrial Park. It will also enhance Hyderabad’s growing data center landscape.
For its first phase, CtrlS has already secured 250 MW of sanctioned power capacity, ensuring a strong foundation. Once fully developed, the new data center in Hyderabad will house multiple interconnected, high-density, AI-ready buildings with a potential of 600 MW IT load. These structures will support ultra-high density rack configurations of up to 135 KW per rack and advanced immersion cooling of up to 300 KW per rack.
