Realty Firm Elan Group has awarded a 500 INR-Crore contract to Leighton Asia, part of Australia’s CIMIC Group, to develop its latest commercial project, Elan Imperial.
Located in Gurugram, the upcoming project includes constructing a luxury retail mall, a five-star hotel, and branded residences in Sector 82. Sprawling around 9 Acres, Elan Imperial will have a built-up area of approximately 2.5 Million-SqFt. Moreover, construction is set to begin in November 2024. Elan Imperial promises to be Gurugram’s first luxury mall, offering a unique destination for shopping, dining, and leisure.

Notably, Leighton Asia also secured a 1,000 INR-Crore contract from Elan Group. It involved the construction of a residential project named Elan The Presidential, in Sector 106, Gurugram.
