On Tuesday, October 17, the ESR group announced the land acquisition of 58 Acres in Nagpur for their upcoming Logistics Park in the district. The company will invest approximately 400 INR-Crore in the development and expansion of this project.
The estimated construction area of this project is 1.4 Million SqFt and includes ten buildings with sizes varying from 67,000 SqFt to 190,000 SqFt. These buildings will cater to the broad spectrum of tenant needs from e-commerce, third-party logistics (3PL), retail, and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).

This will be ESR Group’s second logistics park in Nagpur and the 20th one in the nation. The company’s flagship – ESR Nagpur Logistics Park 1 (22.5-acre development), has been operating fully since its completion in 2020.
