Experion Developers, the Indian arm of Singapore’s Experion Holdings, plans to launch projects with an anticipated revenue potential of INR 10,000 Crore in the coming year. The company has completed five land acquisitions worth INR 2,100 crore and plans to develop projects on all sites, said Nagaraju Routhu, CEO of Experion Developers.
These plots include – a nearly 4 Acres land parcel on Golf Course Road in Gurugram with an estimated purchase cost of INR 400 Crore, a 5 acres plot in Sector 45 of Noida worth a purchase cost of INR 250 Crore, a 5.5 Acres of land parcel in Sector-48, Gurugram for approximately INR 550 Crore, a 6 Acres plot in Sector-53 for INR 450 Crore, and a commercial land parcel on Golf Course Extension Road obtained through the insolvency process for INR 450 Crore.

Additionally, Experion plans to acquire more land in Delhi NCR and other cities. It intends to launch the Noida project first, which will be executed in two phases.
Further, Experion is developing townships, group-housing projects, commercial landmarks, organized retail destinations, hotels, and resorts across Andhra Pradesh, the Delhi NCR, Goa, Haryana, Maharashtra, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, and Uttar Pradesh. It targets to achieve a revenue of INR 1,000 Crore in FY24.
