Womeki will develop the project in two phases, dedicating nearly 35% of the land to residential structures. The remaining 65% will comprise lush green spaces, offering residents a serene environment and a strong connection to nature.

To ensure top-notch construction quality, Womeki has partnered with Terra Holding. The development will feature opulent villa apartments, each boasting 250 SqM to 300 SqM of living space. Womeki anticipates the project will generate between 500 and 550 INR-Crore in revenue.
The company aims to complete ‘Eye of Goa’ within 24 to 36 months, bringing a new level of luxury living to one of India’s most picturesque coastal regions. This development promises to blend high-end amenities with the natural beauty of Maharashtra’s western shoreline, creating an enticing opportunity for discerning homebuyers and investors alike.
