Godrej Properties Ltd acquires prime land in Pune and Bengaluru

Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) recently acquired leasehold rights for an anticipated 11 Acres and 7 Acres land parcels in Pune and Bengaluru, respectively. The developer plans to construct residential projects over these lands with a total revenue potential of nearly INR 3,000 Crore.

The development in Pune, Hinjewadi, will primarily include group housing and high-street retail. The upcoming project is expected to have a developable potential of nearly 2.2 Million-SqFt with an estimated revenue potential of INR 1,800 Crore.

Furthermore, Godrej acquired nearly 7 Acres of land in Thanisandra, North Bengaluru. This land will be used to develop a high-end residential project. The development potential of this project is approximately 9 Lakh-SqFt with a revenue potential of nearly INR 1,200 Crore.
