The development will be divided into five schemes, with an initial investment of INR 400 Crore.

Moreover, the upcoming road Ahilya Path will feature green spaces, walkways, and bicycle tracks. IDA will acquire land from eight villages, totaling around 1,400 Hectares. This road aims to improve traffic flow and reduce congestion and pollution in Indore’s central area. The Ahilya Path project represents a significant step forward for Indore’s development. It will not only improve connectivity in the city’s west but also create new economic opportunities and jobs.

A key element of the plan is the development of a 214 Hectare Fintech City near Palakhedi and Budhania villages. This area will cluster financial technology institutions, boosting Indore’s economy. Complementing this will be the development of a prestigious Golf City spread across 566 Hectares near Palakhedi and Limbodagari.
