About the Project
IKEA India Private Limited proposed a Mixed-use Development project (MUD). The project’s location is next to the Bakhtawar Chowk junction of Netaji Subhash Marg road and Satpaul Mittal Marg road, Sector 47, Gurugram. The developers will build the project on a land parcel of 9.83 acres, and the project’s total construction area will be 30,07,931 sq. ft. This project’s construction cost is INR 1900 crores. This proposed project comprises 1 building with 4 basements, a ground floor, and 12 upper floors. The 1st to 5th floor will be the retail section, and the 6th to 12th will comprise the office tower. The project envisages a proposed Landscape Area of approximately 64,368 sq. ft. Construction work will begin in 2022 and finish in 2025. Currently, initial site set-up work is in progress.
