Infosys Campus Mihan: Upcoming Commercial and SEZ Project

Infosys has started the work on constructing its third campus in Maharashtra’s Nagpur region. Construction will be in 3 Phases. The first phase of this project, which can accommodate 4200 software professionals, will be ready by 2023. The initial investment for this project is INR 475 crores. This project will also incorporate Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment (GRIHA) guidelines in its design and construction.

Infosys Campus MIHAN, Nagpur, is currently under construction and will spread across a land parcel of 142 acres. It is at a latitude of 21.048426 (21° 2′ 54.3336” N) and at a longitude of 79.028895 (79° 1′ 44.022” E). 

The project will comprise 11 buildings with 12 upper floors, designed by the well-known architectural firm Morphogenesis. The project design accommodates 60,000 employees. It will also house a water reservoir spreading across 32 acres, provision for surface parking spreading across 16 acres, and multilevel parking spreading across 16 acres. The project will also have 12 SDB plots occupying 36 acres of land and 42 acres of land reserved for road and forest.

Companies including Sobha Limited, Anacon Laboratories Private Limited, McDBERL, LERA Consulting Structural Engineers, Deep Roots Designs, Morphogenesis are collaborating on this project.
