ITC Limited has planned to expand its commercial park at their existing campus at Banasawadi Main Road, Maruthisevanagar, Bangalore. This is the second phase of the project. Phase 1 development consisting of Building 1 and 2 has already been completed.
The project is currently in the process of seeking environmental clearance approvals. The project involves the construction of Buildings 3 with 3 Basements + Ground + 12 Upper Floors while building 4 would feature 4 Basements + Ground + 12 Upper Floors along with 8 level MLCP ( Multi level car park) space.
The development of IT/Commercial office Building 3 and 4, will accommodate about 11738 workstations. ITC proposes this development in their existing campus with a total Built-up Area of about 2,25,100 Sqm, and a project cost of about Rs. 400 Crores. Additionally, in this phase the company is proposing for 3381 (1055 cars in building 3 and 2326 in building 4) Car spacing.
This massive property is accessible by roads from Banasawadi Main Road and Jeevanahalli main road. The nearest railway station is the Bangalore East Railway Station located at a distance of 1.3 kms from here while the Kempegowda International Airport is also located at a distance of 30 kms.
