In Wagholi, the company has acquired 5 acres of land to construct a mid-income residential project spanning 7.5 Lakh SqFt and has a revenue potential of INR 400 crore. Kolte-Patil Developers has already delivered over 5 Million SqFt of projects in Wagholi.
The company has entered a joint venture to develop a premium residential project with a total development potential of 1.15 Million SqFt and a revenue potential of INR 900 crore on NIBM Road, Kondhwa.
