Lemon Tree Hotels announced the signing of two new properties: Lemon Tree Hotel, Arpora, Goa, and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Pathankot. Scheduled to open in FY 2026, both properties will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
Lemon Tree Hotel, Arpora, Goa will offer 57 well-appointed rooms. Additionally, it will feature a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, swimming pool, and spa. Situated approximately 42 Km from Dabolim International Airport, the hotel is accessible by road. Lemon Tree Hotels now has five properties in Goa, including three operational and one upcoming.

Furthermore, Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Pathankot will provide 44 well-appointed rooms. It will also include a restaurant, banquet halls, a meeting room, a fitness center, and various public areas. The property is about 130 Km from Sri Guru Ram Das Ji International Airport and 8 Km from Pathankot Cantt Railway Station. Like the Goa property, it is well connected by roadways, enhancing accessibility for guests. Lemon Tree Hotels continues to expand its footprint with these strategic additions.
