Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a deal for an upcoming hotel in Yadagirigutta, Telangana, named ‘Keys Select’. The proposed hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a subsidiary and the management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels.
The hotel is expected to open by FY26 and will include captivating interior designs with 150 well-appointed rooms, and enticing amenities such as – a restaurant, a fitness center, banquets, a swimming pool, conference areas, a bar, and other public areas.

Lemon Tree Hotels aims to provide quality accommodation and services at the best rates through this project. It will be the fifth addition to the four existing hotels and resorts in the state, says Mahesh Aiyer, CEO of Carnation Hotels Pvt Ltd.
