Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of its two new hotels – Sankhwas Garh, a Lemon Tree Resort in Rajasthan and Keys Lite, a Lemon Tree Hotel at Vijayawada, in Andhra Pradesh. The upcoming projects will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary and management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels.
Sankhwas Garh, a Lemon Tree Resort in Rajasthan is expected to open by FY26 and will feature 51 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet hall, a bar, meeting rooms, a swimming pool, and other public areas.

Keys Lite, Vijayawada, is expected to open by FY26 and will feature 44 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, and meeting rooms along with other public areas.
