M3M India to invest nearly  INR 1,200 Crore for developing a 333 Acre township in Haryana

M3M India, a Delhi NCR-based real estate developer, announced on Wednesday, December 13, that the company will invest INR 1,200 Crore towards developing a township project in Panipat, Haryana. The company has received RERA registration and expects a revenue generation of approximately INR 5,000 Crore through this project.

M3M City of Dreams Township‘ will be developed over an anticipated 333 Acres of land and will have nearly 2100 plots. These plots will range from 140-1000 Sq Yards and feature 400 expandable villas, 3000 uber-luxury floors, and 150 farmhouses. The project is scheduled to be completed within 15-18 months.

M3M India acquired the land from Ambience at an estimated cost of INR 1,500 Crore. It will invest INR 1,200 Crore towards developing the township, totaling an overall investment of INR 2,700 Crore in this project. The project aims to emerge as a hub for industries, startups, and unicorns, with other prominent national and international brands looking for a quality space.
