Manipal Health Enterprises plans to expand its network by adding 12-14 hospitals with approximately 4,000 beds over the next five years. The company is actively considering both greenfield hospitals and acquisitions as part of its expansion strategy. 

Currently, the company has 29 hospitals and 8,300 beds and expects to add 4,000 beds through the establishment of 12-14 hospitals.

The company is currently in the process of constructing two greenfield hospitals in Bangalore, and one greenfield hospital in Raipur. Additionally, they are actively pursuing two acquisitions as part of their five-year trajectory for expansion, which includes a mix of both greenfield and acquisition projects.
