Kolkata-based Merlin Group has partnered with global lifestyle brand Fashion TV (FTV) to introduce the city’s first branded luxury project, F Residences. This 900 INR-Crore development in Rajarhat-New Town aims to bring international luxury living to the city.
Fashion TV will provide technical expertise to ensure the project reflects the latest global trends. Spread across an anticipated 8 Acres of land parcel, F Residences will be developed in phases. In the first phase, developers will construct 4 residential towers with 880 apartments featuring 3 and 4 BHK across 13 floors.

Additionally, the project will feature premium amenities, including a two-tier swimming pool, an exclusive standalone clubhouse, and a breathtaking rooftop Cloud Forest.
