Hotel Polo Towers Group has signed an agreement with the Nagaland Tourism Department to establish two hotels in Public Private Partnership mode, involving a total investment of INR 150 Crores.
The project will encompass a 5-star hotel and a mall in Dimapur, a bustling commercial town, along with another 5-star hotel in the state capital, Kohima. These hotels will boast more than 200 luxury rooms and will operate on a Design, Build, Maintain, Manage, Operate, and Transfer basis.
