NBCC wins 1,726 INR-Crore contract for various redevelopment projects in Goa

NBCC (India) has secured work orders worth approximately 1,726 INR-Crore for multiple redevelopment projects across Goa. These projects will progress in phases, with the first phase covering six key sites.

Among the major assignments, the redevelopment of Junta House in Panjim stands out, accounting for the largest share of the contract value. 

Other projects include

  • Redevelopment of the Government Garage on MG Road
  • Construction of a new Administrative Building in Porvorim. 
  • Redevelopment of the Circuit House in Panjim and Government Quarters in St. Inez. 
  • The redevelopment of a Mini Convention Centre at Tiswadi, Patto, is part of this ambitious initiative as well.

Spanning a total plot area of around 53,000 SqM and a built-up area of approximately 1,85,000 SqM, these projects highlight NBCC’s extensive involvement in Goa’s development. Additionally, NBCC will carry out a feasibility study for the redevelopment of the Vasco bus stand, expanding its role further. 

Through these redevelopment projects, NBCC aims to reshape the urban landscape of Goa and elevate the region’s public infrastructure to new heights.
