NBCC (India) Ltd has signed an MoU with Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Technology Ltd (MAHAPREIT) on Wednesday, March 26. Through this collaboration, both companies will take on consultancy, fee-based, EPC, and redevelopment work. They will manage each phase, from initial planning to final execution.
The estimated value of these infrastructure projects is 25,000 INR-Crore. Execution will unfold in multiple phases over the next three to five years. This partnership will drive major developments, including cluster planning in Thane Municipal Corporation, modern data centers, and innovative renewable energy solutions. Furthermore, it will accelerate slum rehabilitation efforts in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

Additionally, these infrastructure projects will support housing initiatives under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). NBCC aims to transform urban spaces while promoting sustainability, setting new benchmarks in the industry.
