A new commercial building has been proposed at the phase 1 campus of technopark in Thiruvananthapuram with the aim of augmenting the space requirements.
Tenders are invited for the construction of a new commercial building as a part of the technopark campus’ first phase. The two-story building will have a construction area of 50,000 SqFt. The construction cost is estimated to be INR 30 crore.
Sanjeev Nair, CEO of the Technopark in Thiruvananthapuram, stated that the goal of this commercial complex is to have infrastructure with better ambiance for facilities like shops, restaurants, and banking facilities. This will also be beneficial for the all the occupants of Technopark.
Energy-efficient HVAC systems with the most recent fire safety systems, complete wastewater reuse, usage of smart metres, smart and prepaid energy metres, and the installation of highly effective solar panels are some notable features of the planned commercial building.
