Oberoi Realty signs deal with Marriott Int to manage two new hotels in Mumbai

Mumbai’s leading real estate developer Oberoi Realty Ltd, on Friday, February 16, announced the signing of a management agreement with Marriott International for setting up two new hotels in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). The upcoming hotels are aimed at enriching luxury living experiences in MMR.

The upcoming hotel projects namely JW Marriott Hotel Thane Garden City and Mumbai Marriott Hotel Sky City, are anticipated to be operational by 2027-28. The JW Marriott Hotel Thane Garden City will be developed in the Oberoi group’s existing Oberoi Garden City project. The luxury township project sprawls across a massive 75 Acres of land parcel and comprises premium residences with world-class amenities.

The Mumbai Marriott Hotel Sky City will be part of Oberoi Realty’s integrated residential development – Sky City in Borivali (East). It occupies an anticipated 25 Acres of land parcel and features eight premium towers and an upscale mall (over nearly 1.5Mn SqFt).

Oberoi Realty had also recently signed a management agreement with Marriott International for two hotels namely, The Westin Mumbai Garden City and The Ritz-Carlton, Mumbai and is actively developing these projects.
