The real estate developer Prestige Group, on November 9, launched its largest township in Hyderabad, named ‘The Prestige City‘. The project is located in Rajendranagar, with an estimated sales potential of 8,000 INR-Crore.
The proposed project will have 4,647 residential apartments, 119 luxury villas, and a retail mall sprawling across 64 acres. The residential apartments and villas will be developed over 10.5 million SqFt (9.7 million SqFt occupied by the apartments), whereas the retail mall will occupy 1 lakh SqFt of area.

Prestige Group has invested approximately 5,000 INR-Crore in this project, with the inventories scheduled to be delivered by 2027.
