The Public Works Department (PWD) of Medad, Maharashtra has got approvals for the construction of PWD Government Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Medad, Tal Baramati in the city of Pune. Recently, tenders were invited for the selection of a Project Management Consultant. The setting up of a new hospital building will give a boost to the healthcare infrastructure of the town. This will help overcome the shortcomings of hospitals in wake of the pandemic. The hospital will also include educational facilities apart from the medical infrastructure.
