Leading real estate firm Puravankara Ltd has secured the rights for the redevelopment of two housing projects in Mumbai’s Andheri, with a revenue potential of 1,500 INR-Crore. The company is expanding its footprint in Mumbai by entering the western region with this project.
The projects occupy a combined area of three acres with a development potential of 5.8 lakh SqFt. Out of this, 3.65 lakh SqFt area will be available for sale.
